This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in critical care and cardiopulmonary health who thrives on disrupting traditional practices and improving clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support new technology implementation across hospitals and clinical sites.
- Provide hands-on training to physicians nurses and clinical educators.
- Champion a modern approach to managing critically ill patients.
- Conduct needs assessments and deliver tailored educational programs.
- Act as a clinical resource and advocate for best practices.
- Foster exceptional user experience and adherence through ongoing support.
- 5 years in critical care emergency medicine telemetry or step-down units.
- RN or PA license required; BSN or higher preferred.
- Strong cardiopulmonary clinical background.
- Ability to travel within assigned territory (23 nights/week).
- Technologically savvy highly autonomous and goal-oriented.
- Exceptional communication public speaking and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel up to 75%
