Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to oversee daily clinic operations and support the delivery of high-quality patient care in a community-based healthcare setting. This leadership role is responsible for managing clinical staff coordinating workflows ensuring regulatory compliance and promoting operational excellence.

The Clinical Nurse Manager will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure effective care delivery staff development and continuous quality improvement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and workflow efficiency
Supervise mentor and develop nursing and clinical support staff
Coordinate patient care services and ensure adherence to care plans
Monitor clinical performance documentation and quality outcomes
Analyze operational and clinical data to identify improvement opportunities
Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective action plans
Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary care teams
Lead clinical compliance and audit readiness activities
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements policies and procedures
Support staff engagement retention and professional development
Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
Promote a culture of safety accountability and patient-centered care


Requirements

Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
Bachelors degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field preferred
Minimum two (2) years of experience managing clinic or nursing operations
Minimum two (2) years of experience working with frail elderly or complex patient populations
Strong leadership coaching and team development skills
Experience overseeing multidisciplinary clinical staff
Knowledge of quality improvement compliance and regulatory standards
Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to analyze data and implement operational improvements
CPR and First Aid certification preferred upon hire or ability to obtain after hire
Must maintain all required licenses certifications and credentials
