Vancouver Clinic is hiring aClinical Nurse Educatorto join our Clinical Nurse Educators team.In this role you will develop and deliver high-quality clinical education programs that support safe competent and consistent patient care across the organization. The Clinical Nurse Educator partners closely with clinic leaders and clinical teams toidentifylearning needs provide onboarding and ongoing training support clinical best practices and help ensure compliance with regulatory standards scope of practice requirements quality initiatives and infection control guidelines. This isa great opportunityfor an experienced nurse who enjoys teaching mentoring improving workflows and supporting the professional growth of clinical staff in a collaborative ambulatory care environment.

Schedule:Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Hiring rangegenerally between$89798.00 annuallyto$112215.46annually with placement within the range based on relevant experience.
Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
Active unencumbered Washington RN license and/or meeting the requirements of multi-state licensure.
Minimum of three years nursing experience preferred.
Clinical education and/or precepting experience preferred.
Experience inleading quality and safety initiatives.
Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS CPR certification.
Experience with Epic preferred but not.
Experience with Word Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
Additionaldetails: *Clinical Nurse Educator has the potential for off-site work after successful completion of full-time on-site training and meeting the requirements for working off-site. This requires an employee to live in the local Vancouver WA or Portland OR area and have a secure home network withminimumupload (5mbps)and download speeds (25mbps).

Pay Range:
