Shift & Schedule: Night Shift

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Labor & Delivery Clinical Nurse Coordinator for an exciting Direct Hire opportunity in Dickson TN.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee patient care activities during the assigned shift

• Assist with admission transfer and discharge processes to ensure efficient patient throughput

• Monitor and evaluate the quality of nursing care provided within the department

• Collaborate with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency

• Promote a patient-first culture and participate in service recovery efforts

• Support employee engagement initiatives including staff rounding and performance improvement activities

• Participate in interviewing onboarding training and mentoring new team members

• Assist with staff scheduling and labor management based on patient census and staffing requirements

• Support inventory management and ensure appropriate availability of supplies and equipment

• Provide leadership guidance and clinical expertise to nursing staff during the shift

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License required

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher required

• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience required

• Previous leadership experience in Womens Services Labor & Delivery NICU or Mother-Baby units required

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 1 year of hire
