Clinical Manager

Scheduled Weekly Hours:

Gundersen Health System is seeking a Regional Clinical Manager to manage a team of approximately 45 dedicated healthcare professionals spread throughout 6 locations. Clinic locations include Viroqua Hillsboro Adams-Friendship Prairie Du Chien Decorah and Waukon. Home base for the position is flexible and will be based upon the selected candidates preference.

What you will do:

• Oversee and manage all department functions including staffing operations budgeting patient service and satisfaction and planning

• Plan direct and organize the department to ensure department and organization goals are accomplished timely and within budget parameters

• Assist physicians with development implementation and maintenance of systems necessary for successful operation of department

Whats Required:

• Bachelors degree

• 5-7 years of clinical or equivalent healthcare experience demonstrating leadership skills

• Ability to travel between clinics frequently. Company car will be provided and travel time is typically built into the work day.
