Job Summary
This position is all about relationships and connections. Developing and maintaining relationships with people both internal and external customers. Making a connection with a person during a very difficult time in their life and helping make that time a little easier. The Marketing Liaison has an outgoing personality and superior customer service skills that stand out among their peers.
- Conduct clinical field evaluations of patient referrals
- While under supervision assess the needs of assigned referrals
- Develop solutions based on needs assessments that meet identified needs which result in inpatient and/or outpatient referrals.
- Educate patients/ residents and their families on facility/ hospital services and admission standards.
- Ideal candidate must be a skilled communicator director and motivator; Able to organize and prioritize many tasks effectively
- Must be a licensed RN or LPN/LVN in good standing with the state (as required)
- Previous experience with hospital or long-term care marketing preferred
- Reliable transportation required
