What Youll Do
As the Manager of Clinical Informatics youll lead the day-to-day operations of clinical informatics while working alongside the team to support optimize and improve GRHs EHR and clinical applications.
- Lead and support Clinical Informatics Analysts through work assignment coaching performance management and day-to-day team oversight.
- Participate hands-on in EHR and clinical application build configuration testing optimization troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Partner with clinical leaders and end users to analyze workflows identify opportunities for improvement and translate operational needs into effective system solutions.
- Coordinate end-user training system changes upgrades and new implementations while maintaining clear documentation and supporting successful adoption.
- Monitor application performance data integrity regulatory requirements service metrics and project deliverables while collaborating with Digital Information Services and organizational leadership.
- Perform a variety of tasks and other duties as assigned.
Who Were Looking For
Were looking for a hands-on clinical informatics professional who understands healthcare workflows and can support both the people and technology behind effective patient care.
- Bachelors degree in Nursing Health Informatics Information Technology Healthcare Administration or a related field preferred; equivalent education and directly relevant experience will be considered.
- Five or more years of experience in clinical informatics EHR support or healthcare information technology including hands-on application configuration and end-user support.
- One to two years of supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
- Experience with Epic EHR build and configuration in at least one clinical area such as ambulatory inpatient emergency or ancillary services preferred.
- Strong communication problem-solving and collaboration skills with the ability to translate clinical workflows and operational needs into effective technology solutions.

- Pay Range:$47.36 - $67.64/hour (based on experience)

Compensation may vary outside this range depending on a number of factors including a candidates qualifications skills competencies and experience.
