What Your Fellowship Year Looks Like At Woven Care

This is the next step in your clinical journey and you wont be doing it alone. From day one youll be surrounded by a team of SLPs and cross-disciplinary colleagues who love what they do and are genuinely excited to learn and grow alongside you.

Onboarding is thoughtfully designed with dedicated supervision and mentorship woven in from the start ramping your caseload and workload expectations gradually throughout your CF year.

Day to day you can expect 30-minute one-to-one sessions to foster strong client and caregiver relationships one weekly patient evaluation to gain hands-on assessment experience and built-in documentation time so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge.

Your CF supervisor is on site or readily available meeting with you regularly in a way that is focused on your growth and where you are on your journey. From caseload questions to caregiver communication or documentation challenges your support is by your side. . Plus with our multidisciplinary model youll have opportunities to collaborate with OT PT and ABA to learn from other perspectives and grow your network. Youll never feel alone at Woven Care!

Learning opportunities right from the start

We want to hire clinicians who never stop learning; thats why weve built a program that prioritizes professional growth and learning opportunities throughout your career. Youll have access to:

  • A full membership to The Informed SLP giving you unlimited access to evidence-based articles therapy resources CEUs and clinical tools
  • $250 CEU reimbursement increasing up to $1500 annually with tenure
  • Wovens Clinical Advancement Program where eligible clinicians receive full funding for specialty certifications including PTO travel and lodging

Compensation

Clinical Fellows receive an hourly compensation rate of $36.50/hour with GUARANTEED pay regardless of cancellations! Plus we have an annual productivity bonus of up to $9000/year.

Sign-on bonus

Up to $7000. Whether youre moving from another area or just need some extra funds to start building up your materials we want to help!

What Youll Need
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Eligible for Colorado DORA provisional SLP license (or in the process of obtaining)
  • Currently completing or ready to begin your Clinical Fellowship Year
  • BLS/CPR certification
