What Youll Do

• Own the business: lead multi-site clinical engineering operations with full P&L accountability.
• Build leaders not just teams: coach Site Managers Supervisors and Technicians to raise performance across the board.
• Set the direction: translate strategy into execution that improves uptime compliance and growth.
• Sit at the table: partner with hospital executives to solve complex challenges and expand services.

What You Need

• 7 years managing in clinical engineering or a similar environment with proven business leadership (required)
• 3 years leading people and developing leaders (required)
• Bachelors degree in electronics engineering related field or equivalent experience (required)
• Strong financial management and strategic planning experience
• Technical certifications (A CBET CRES CLES CCE) preferred
• Experience requirements may be waived for successful graduates of the TRIMEDX Clinical Engineering Leadership Program although the preferred path for program graduates is to gain experience as a Site Manager first.
