Clinical Educator, Post-Acute, Full Time, Days

The Clinical Educator is responsible for the development of the plan of education for the Transitional Care Unit (TCU) and the Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU). The Clinical Educator works with the Clinical Director to orient educate and train the TCU and ARU Staff in accordance with standards regulations and best practice using a variety of teaching methods. Assists new and current staff in developing role clarity professional role confidence and proficiency. Operates as a change agent in the practice and learning environment and assists with staff and unit development.

This role meets the regulatory requirements of the Director of Staff Development/DSD.
