Were hiring a Clinical Director who wants to lead meaningful high-acuity behavioral health care while developing and supporting an established interdisciplinary team.

Youll step into an outpatient leadership role serving adults with severe mental illness including schizophrenia schizoaffective disorder bipolar I disorder and treatment-resistant depression. Youll lead clinical operations and team development while remaining connected to complex patient care.

What makes you a great fit
You hold an unrestricted California Psychologist LCSW LMFT or LPCC license
You have significant experience working with severe mental illness
PHP IOP or comparable high-acuity behavioral health experience is strongly preferred
Youre a resilient leader comfortable navigating complex team dynamics
You balance people leadership with strong hands-on clinical judgment

Base salary: $125000$145000
