Youll step into a fully onsite clinical leadership role focused on overseeing interdisciplinary care teams across our Orange and Irvine locations. Youll partner with operational leadership while supporting direct patient care supervising clinicians driving quality outcomes and building a culture centered around exceptional care.

You hold an active California LCSW LMFT LPCC/LPC or Psychologist license
PMHNPs and Psychiatrists with leadership experience will also be considered
You have experience working with adults living with severe mental illness
You enjoy leading multidisciplinary teams while remaining clinically engaged

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $125000$145000
