• Lead daily clinical operations and support overall clinic performance
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
• Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy services

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Tennessee
• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience required
• Demonstrated leadership mentorship or supervisory experience
• Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
• High level of professionalism accountability and initiative
