Youll oversee an established outpatient program serving 100200 active members across PHP IOP and maintenance levels of care. This role combines clinical leadership team development admissions oversight quality improvement and direct influence on patient outcomes.

What makes you a great fit

You hold an active California LCSW LMFT LPCC PMHNP Psychologist or Psychiatrist license
You have experience leading clinical teams and supervising clinicians
You have worked with severe mental illness addiction inpatient psychiatry residential treatment PHP IOP or community mental health populations
You are comfortable balancing clinical leadership and operational accountability
You enjoy mentoring clinicians and improving systems of care
You are willing to step in and support patients when needed
