Youll oversee clinical operations admissions team development and patient outcomes across two outpatient locations serving adults with some of behavioral healthcares most complex conditions. This role combines leadership supervision strategic growth and direct clinical influence.

What makes you a great fit

You hold an active California LCSW LMFT LPCC PMHNP Psychologist or Psychiatrist license
You have experience leading clinical teams and supervising clinicians
You have worked with severe mental illness addiction inpatient psychiatry residential treatment PHP IOP or community mental health populations
You enjoy building systems and improving care delivery
You are comfortable balancing leadership and clinical responsibilities
You thrive in collaborative mission-driven environments

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $135000$155000
