FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Houston TX is seeking a motivated Clinical Director in an outpatient clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for a PT who wants more than a standard staff role offering input into clinic culture strong mentorship and room to grow as the clinic expands.

• Base Salary: $100000$125000 (based on experience)

• Treat a diverse caseload including orthopedics vestibular balance and neuro

• Collaborate with leadership to help establish clinic workflows and culture

• Maintain timely accurate documentation

• Contribute to clinic growth through patient engagement and community outreach

• Work closely with PTAs and support staff

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)

• Texas PT license (or license-eligible)

• Interest in outpatient orthopedics vestibular and balance therapy

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Desire to grow professionally and help build a great clinic
