Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Clinical Dietitian I to our Dietary Department at Baptist Downtown located in Jacksonville FL.This is a PRN opportunity.

As theClinicialDietitian I you will be responsible for:

• Assuring patients receiving appropriate nutrition

• Implementing and maintaining plan of care for TF and TPN patients

• Providing education to inpatients and/or significant others staff civic organizations and approved community events

• Communicating well with multidisciplinary staff

• Promoting a caring and supportive work environment

• Performing other functions as assigned

• Improving and maintaining department quality results

• This position will have options for coverage at all Baptist Health hospital locations

• Developing personal goals

Experience Requirements:

• 1-2 years Clinical Inpatient Nutrition Care Experience

Education & Credential Requirements:

• Registered Dietitian (RD) Required

• Licensed Dietitian Required

• Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES)(Preferred)

• Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC)(Preferred)

• Certified Specialist in Gerontological Nutrition (CSG)(Preferred)

• Certified Specialist in Obesity and Weight Management(Preferred)

• Certified Specialist in Oncology Nutrition (CSO)(Preferred)

• Certified Specialist in Pediatric Nutrition (CSP)(Preferred)

• Certified Specialist in Renal Nutrition (CSR)(Preferred)

• Certified Specialist in Pediatric Critical Care Nutrition (Preferred)

• Bachelor of Science- Required

• Master of Science- Preferred
