Clinical Customer Service Rep Oncology 5B
PRN Evening shift
The schedule will be 2 to 3 shifts per week and working every other weekend
TheClinical Customer Service Representativeworks as the central point of contact on the care unit for patients families visitors and members of the health care team. This is a fast-paced position that requires professional friendly and efficient performance of the daily duties. The ideal candidate will possess the highest level of Customer Service skills knowledge of information & computer systems the ability to work and assist with Nursing staff & Administrative staff all in the effort to meet the needs of the unit department in accordance to Johns Hopkins Hospital policy and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 months in healthcare or office setting
- Substantial interpersonal skills are needed to interact with patients families and medical staff.
- Ability to initiate and build positive relationships following Johns Hopkins Customer Service standards.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word proficiency with presentation and spreadsheet software preferred.
- Ability to learn and incorporate a variety of clinical and administrative automated systems and software into daily work duties.

Salary Range: Minimum$17.99/visit - Maximum$20.88/visit. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
