Job Summary
Behavior Treatment & Analysis (BTA) is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to provide clinical supervision to Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This role ensures high-quality ABA service delivery through staff coaching treatment oversight and evidence-based group interventions.
- Support the implementation of ABA treatment plans and monitor service quality.
- Observe coach and provide feedback to BTs/RBTs using Behavior Skills Training (BST).
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA BACB Ethics Code and company policies.
- Review documentation data collection and client progress.
- Collaborate with Clinical Supervisors families and interdisciplinary teams.
- Complete required documentation and attend meetings and trainings.
Required
- Bachelors degree in Psychology ABA Education or a related field.
- 12 years of ABA or behavioral health experience.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred
- Masters degree (completed or in progress) in psychology or any
- 2-3 years of experience working in the ABA field.
- RBT Certification.
- Ability to actively engage with children throughout the day.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to use a computer or tablet for documentation.
