Clinical Coordinator

Behavior Treatment & Analysis (BTA) is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to provide clinical supervision to Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This role ensures high-quality ABA service delivery through staff coaching treatment oversight and evidence-based group interventions.

• Support the implementation of ABA treatment plans and monitor service quality.
• Observe coach and provide feedback to BTs/RBTs using Behavior Skills Training (BST).
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA BACB Ethics Code and company policies.
• Review documentation data collection and client progress.
• Collaborate with Clinical Supervisors families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Complete required documentation and attend meetings and trainings.

Required

• Bachelors degree in Psychology ABA Education or a related field.
• 12 years of ABA or behavioral health experience.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred

• Masters degree (completed or in progress) in psychology or any
• 2-3 years of experience working in the ABA field.
• RBT Certification.

• Ability to actively engage with children throughout the day.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to use a computer or tablet for documentation.
