As the Clinical Coordinator you will advance the companys mission of providing quality service by facilitating and providing case management and counseling services. Provide case management and counseling services to an assigned individual caseload. Assess referred individuals and lead development coordination and evaluation of service plan in conjunction with treatment team funding source and key current and complete records in accordance with corporate contractual and regulatory ongoing monitoring and consultation to mentors regarding implementation of service plan including pre-service introduction and continuing caseloads that include mentor individuals make mentor and family home visits and conduct mentor group meetings as with emergency coverage and crisis intervention support as needed including participation in rotational on-call with legal licensing regulatory and certification activities as in all activities designed to enhance and build an active network of : Masters degree in social work counseling psychology or related field years of related experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health -motivated and detail-oriented with ability to skills with motivating team and driving results to meet drivers license in good standing with access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance if providing transportation to individuals receiving Join Us Full compensation/benefits package for full-time employees.401(k) with company time off and holiday work adding value to the organizations mission alongside a great team of job security with nationwide career development and advancement have meaningful work for you come join our team Apply Today!
