About Lighthouse
The Lighthouse Program is a therapeutic educational partnership between Racker and TST BOCES serving middle and high school students experiencing significant social emotional and behavioral challenges. Students attend Lighthouse temporarily while developing the skills confidence and supports needed to successfully transition back to their home school.

Schedule/Salary
- Full-Time
- School-Year (10 1/2-Month Position)
- Salary Range: $53000 - $63000

Responsibilities
As the Clinical Coordinator you will:
- Provide individual and group counseling to students
- Serve as the primary clinical case manager for assigned students
- Develop individualized treatment and transition plans
- Coordinate student intakes discharges and successful transitions back to school
- Partner closely with families to provide support education and ongoing communication
- Collaborate daily with teachers administrators school districts and community providers
- Conduct suicide risk assessments (including the C-SSRS) and provide crisis intervention and safety planning
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and clinical consultation
- Connect students and families with community resources and outside services
- Maintain timely clinical documentation and support program evaluation
- Help foster a positive therapeutic relationship-centered school environment

Qualifications
- Masters degree in Social Work or another mental health discipline
- Current New York State license or license eligibility preferred (LMSW LCSW LMHC LMFT etc.)
- Valid drivers license
Preferred
- Experience working with children or adolescents
- School-based or educational experience
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care and restorative practices
- Experience conducting suicide risk assessments and crisis intervention
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
