Role Summary:DaVita is hiring a Clinical Coordinator to lead outpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal this roleyoulloversee treatment guide clinical staff and ensure the highest standards of care and safety.

Requirements

• 18 months RN experienceincluding 6 monthsDialysis Experience with patient interaction in the last yearrequired

• Current RN license and CPR certificationrequired

• Charge RN readiness approval

• ADN; BSN preferred

• ICU ER or Med/Surg experience preferred

• CNN/CDN certification a plus

• Basic computer skills (MS Word Outlook)

• Consistent predictable schedules (typically 3 to 4 days per week) that include early mornings evenings rotating weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care plans andmonitoroutcomes

• Supervise clinical staff including PCTs

• Ensure safe compassionate dialysis delivery

• Build long-term relationships with patients and families

• Work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
