A mission-driven human services organization is seeking a full-time permanent Clinical Coordinatorto support a supportive housing program serving individuals working toward long-term housing stability. This is a full-time permanent opportunity and an excellent next step for clinicians interested in developing supervisory and leadership experience.
The Clinical Coordinator will provide clinical oversight and supervision to frontline staff while ensuring high-quality person-centered services aligned with trauma-informed and strengths-based practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of Case Managers and Consumer Advocates
- Provide regular individual and group supervision to direct reports
- Guide staff in implementing effective case management strategies using motivational interviewing and trauma-informed care principles
- Oversee development implementation and quality of individualized service plans
- Participate in client intake and assessment processes
- Provide clinical leadership consultation and crisis support as needed
- Support program compliance documentation standards and incident management procedures
This position is ideal for clinicians seeking afirst supervisory rolewithin supportive housing or community-based services.
Salary range is $64000-$68000.
