Pay and Schedule:

• Starting Pay: $19.00$19.50 per hour (based off a salary position $39520 - $40560)
• Overtime opportunities available at $27.00$27.50 per hour
• Performance reliability and longevity are recognized through compensation growth.
• Four-day workweek: Two extended clinic days (Mondays and Thursdays 6:45 AM8:15 PM) and two shorter clinic days (Wednesdays and Fridays 6:45 AM2:00 PM) with Tuesdays and weekends off.
• Position available at our Wayne New Jersey location.

Your Role

• Assist Doctors of Physical Therapy during patient treatment sessions.
• Prepare treatment areas while maintaining a clean organized and efficient clinical environment.
• Support clinic flow and contribute to an exceptional patient experience from arrival through discharge.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Learn about orthopedic injuries post-surgical rehabilitation neurological conditions therapeutic exercise and movement science.
