Clinical Assistant Professor in Organizational Learning and Leadership January 1 start

Position Summary
The School of Education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill seeks scholars with professional experience in organizational learning and leadership for an appointment at the rank of Clinical Assistant Professor starting January 1 2027. These full-time 12-month positions will be appointed for three-year terms with the potential to renew for additional terms. This position is an opportunity to contribute to expanding organizational leadership knowledge and teaching contributions across the undergraduate and graduate programs in the School of Education. Candidates primary responsibilities will include developing and teaching courses in organizational leadership and mentoring students in the EdD in Educational Leaderships online concentration in Organizational Leadership and Learning ( OLL ). In addition candidates will contribute to the ongoing development of undergraduate and graduate programs; teach in related programs as available; and provide leadership and service at the school university local state and national levels.

Preferred Qualifications Competencies And Experience
Strong preference will be given to candidates with experience in organization-based research and the use of research to inform practice in K-12 or higher education non-profit business government and/or other organizational settings.
