Do you have a passion for making a real difference in the lives of people living with mental health challenges At Easterseals PORT Health were seeking a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Assessor/Supervisor to join our Outpatient Therapy Team in Wilmington NC As a valued member of our collaborative and supportive team you will work together to transform the lives of individuals by providing a comprehensive range of services that treat the whole person and empower patients to find their way forward.
What Youll Do
The Clinical Assessor/Supervisor completes clinical screenings diagnostic assessments and personĂ¢centered treatment plans for adults and/or children receiving behavioral health services. This role works closely with providers multidisciplinary teams and community partners to ensure appropriate service placement continuity of care and positive outcomes. The position also provides clinical supervision to assigned clinicians in accordance with licensure certification and regulatory standards.

What Were Looking For
- Have masters degree in a related field
- Be fully or provisionally license in appropriate discipline required either LCSW; LPC; LMFT; LCAS; LCSW-A; LPC-A with the ability to clinically
supervise certified or associate licensed individuals. - Strong clinical assessment diagnostic and treatment planning skills
- Proficiency in EHRs clinical documentation an reporting requirements
- Demonstrate high moral and ethical character and be free of any substantiated charges of abuse or neglect on the NC Healthcare Registry
- Valid unrestricted North Carolinas drivers license reliable transportation and current auto insurance
