The pay range for this position is $23.50 to $27.29 per hour depending on education and experience.

This position is located in Rutland MA.

The schedule for this position is full time 40 hours per week Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm.

Through our residential and placement services in the community we help individuals learn the skills needed for independent living and making meaningful life choices. We provide supportive settings in comfortable home environments and ensure that individuals have access to services that are appropriate to their developmental level and cognitive emotional and social abilities.

As the Clinical Administrative Analyst you will:

• Assist the Clinical department with administrative tasks and data management including but not limited to assisting with auditing tracking scheduling and licensing.
• Complete internal audits and assess compliance run reports interpret and enter data.
• Work closely with the Clinical and QI departments to develop and implement clinical projects and provide support during audits accredidation and licensing visits.
• Be able to effectively navigate multiple electonic health record platforms (EHRs) and state portals and possess strong general computer and communication skills.
• Demonstrate ability to work independently priortize tasks and pay close attention to detail and deadlines.

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have valid drivers license
• Bachelors degree with two years experience (preferred) or High School diploma with four years experience
• Minimum two to four years clinical and/or administrative experience. Ability to read and interpret clinical data; has a basic understanding of clinical measures documents and outcomes
• Must be able to attend 3 days of paid new hire orientation Monday-Wednesday 8:00am-4:00pm
