Clinic RN Waverly Family Medicine
Schedule: Full-Time 7:30 AM 5:00 PM 4 Days per Week
Sign-On Bonus: $5000

As a Clinic RN youll work closely with providers and care team members to deliver high-quality care in a collaborative outpatient setting.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care and support to patients during clinic visits
  • Assist providers with examinations procedures treatments and patient assessments
  • Administer medications vaccinations and other ordered treatments within scope of practice
  • Conduct telephone triage and provide patient guidance and follow-up care coordination
  • Collect and prepare laboratory specimens and perform clinical procedures as appropriate
  • Coordinate referrals testing and follow-up care to support positive patient outcomes
  • Educate patients and families on health conditions treatment plans and preventive care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic health record
  • Collaborate with providers and clinic team members to deliver efficient patient-centered care
  • Support quality safety compliance and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the clinic
Qualifications

Education:

  • Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nurses.

License(s)/Certification(s):

  • Current license to practice nursing in the State of Iowa/Illinois for Registered Nurse.
