Position Overview

We are seeking a competent compassionate and highly qualified Registered Nurse (RN) with OB/GYN experience to join a well-established womens health clinic in Little Rock Arkansas.

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills excellent communication abilities and a genuine passion for providing exceptional care to women throughout their healthcare journey. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN seeking a consistent MondayFriday schedule with no weekends or overnight shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional nursing care to patients in a womens health/OB/GYN clinic setting
  • Assist physicians and advanced practice providers with examinations procedures and treatments
  • Obtain and document patient medical histories vital signs medications and other clinical information
  • Perform nursing assessments and provide appropriate patient education
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered
  • Assist with gynecological and obstetric procedures as needed
  • Coordinate patient care referrals labs imaging and follow-up appointments
  • Communicate test results and clinical information to patients in accordance with provider direction and clinic protocols
  • Provide education regarding medications procedures prenatal care reproductive health and other womens health concerns
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
  • Communicate effectively with physicians providers staff patients and families
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and all applicable healthcare regulations
  • Follow established clinical policies procedures and safety standards
  • Contribute to a professional respectful and patient-centered clinic environment
Qualifications
  • Current unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arkansas
  • Previous OB/GYN womens health or related clinical experience required
  • Strong clinical assessment and patient-care skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently while functioning effectively as part of a healthcare team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Professional compassionate and patient-focused approach
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information appropriately
