Pay: $30$35/hour
We are seeking a competent compassionate and highly qualified Registered Nurse (RN) with OB/GYN experience to join a well-established womens health clinic in Little Rock Arkansas.
The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills excellent communication abilities and a genuine passion for providing exceptional care to women throughout their healthcare journey. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN seeking a consistent MondayFriday schedule with no weekends or overnight shifts.
- Provide professional nursing care to patients in a womens health/OB/GYN clinic setting
- Assist physicians and advanced practice providers with examinations procedures and treatments
- Obtain and document patient medical histories vital signs medications and other clinical information
- Perform nursing assessments and provide appropriate patient education
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Assist with gynecological and obstetric procedures as needed
- Coordinate patient care referrals labs imaging and follow-up appointments
- Communicate test results and clinical information to patients in accordance with provider direction and clinic protocols
- Provide education regarding medications procedures prenatal care reproductive health and other womens health concerns
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
- Communicate effectively with physicians providers staff patients and families
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and all applicable healthcare regulations
- Follow established clinical policies procedures and safety standards
- Contribute to a professional respectful and patient-centered clinic environment
- Current unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arkansas
- Previous OB/GYN womens health or related clinical experience required
- Strong clinical assessment and patient-care skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while functioning effectively as part of a healthcare team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional compassionate and patient-focused approach
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information appropriately
