Clinic Registration Coordinator

General Information:

Job title: Clinic Registration Coordinator

Schedule: 80 hours per pay period; Monday - Friday

Weekend Requirement: No weekends

Holiday Requirement: Paid holidays

Position Summary:

The Registration Coordinator position provides leadership support for the Registration team with scheduling support registration accuracy and training while adhering to established processes and guidelines.

Position Responsibilities:

• Ensures accurate registrations by auditing correcting accounts and answering staff questions.
• Maintains a positive and professional relationship with the registration team and other departments.
• Trains and educates new and existing staff.
• Updates and maintains reference materials.
• Assists Registration Supervisor with administrative support.
• Provide frontline coverage when needed.
• Perform other duties as requested.

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 years of related work experience required.
• Must maintain a valid current drivers license.
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out assigned duties.
• Must manage in a proactive manner.

Knowledge Skills & Abilities

• Intermediate proficiency with computers is required.
• Friendly demeanor and excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills and ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Ability to analyze registrations audit accounts collect and analyze data related to registration errors for quality improvement.
• Ability to be reliable flexible and willing to learn and grow in skills and knowledge.
