What Youll Do

• Lead and mentor nurses medical assistants and clinical support staff
• Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure exceptional patient care
• Partner with physicians and leadership to improve care delivery
• Support regulatory compliance quality initiatives and patient safety efforts
• Develop staff education and promote clinical excellence
• Participate in process improvement initiatives

What Youll Bring

• Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing experience
• Current California RN license
• 5 years of nursing experience
• 3 years of ambulatory care experience preferred
• 2 years of RN leadership experience
• Strong leadership communication and team-building skills

Experience with Joint Commission standards Title 22 regulations CCS/GHPP/Medi-Cal requirements or quality improvement initiatives is preferred.
