Join Duly Health and Cares Rehabilitation teamin Joliet (Glenwood) with clinicians supportingspecialtiessuch assports medicine pelvic health vestibular rehab and clinicians approach rehabilitation care through collaboration quality time with patients and clear paths for professional growth.

This role is part of Dulys continued expansion of our rehabilitation services. As more patients choose Duly for coordinated outpatient care we are adding new physical therapy positions to supporttimelyaccess manageable caseloads and a positive work environment for our therapists. In this role you will:

• Responsibleformaintainingclinicalcaseload

• Oversight of clinic metricsscheduleutilizationand physicianoutreach/relationship

• Staff growth and development includingfosteringenvironmentforpatientcentriccare and collaborative team efforts

• Workalongside experienced PTs OTs PTAs physicians and advanced practice providers in acollaborativeteam-based environment

• Care for patients in a schedule designed to prioritize quality over volume including:

• Monday through Friday twoevenings per week until 7 PM with last patient scheduled at 6 PM

Qualifications:

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $85000 - $128000 with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills experience education certifications geographic location and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials bonuses and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
