Clinic Manager

A community healthcare facility near Holyoke Colorado is seeking a Clinic Manager to join its leadership team!

Pay: $72500 - $125000 / annually

Clinic Manager Opportunity:

• Full-time permanent direct-hire position
  
• Monday through Friday schedule

Clinic Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop implement and maintain clinical and operational policies and procedures
  
• Provide clinical coverage as needed to support patient care operations
  
• Assist with budget development expenditure monitoring and financial management
  
• Support efficient clinic operations while ensuring quality patient care standards
  

Clinic Manager Qualifications:

• Previous management or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting required
  
• Active Colorado RN license or Compact RN license required
  
• Strong leadership and operational management skills
  
• Experience with clinical workflows and staff oversight preferred
