Role Overview:
Lead a clinic site where the work you do shapes both client outcomes and the careers of the clinicians you supervise. As Clinic Manager youll run day-to-day operations stay connected to client care and have an opportunity to serve as a WAC-approved Clinical Supervisor directly guide clinicians on their path to independent licensure as applicable.
What Youll Do
  • Oversee all clinic operations staffing and adherence to Valley Cities policies and procedures
  • Use KPI and treatment-outcome reports from our clinical excellence team to keep your site on track
  • Ensure required CCBHC screenings care coordination and quality measures are completed at the site level
  • Opportunity provide clinical supervision and consultation to Clinician I II and III colleagues
  • Support intakes crisis management and staff training and stay involved in direct client care as needed
What Youll Bring
  • MA/MS degree in social work counseling or related human services field and 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Obtain Washington State Agency Affiliated Counselor (AAC) registration within 2 weeks of hire or hold an associate level license.
  • Meets Washington State Mental Health Professional (MHP) status requirements.
  • Experience managing supervising or leading within a clinic setting
Nice to Have
  • Full licensure in Social Work Counseling or a related field
  • WAC-approved Clinical Supervisor status
  • Prior experience operationalizing CCBHC or other behavioral health certification standards at the site level
  • Experience with EHR systems and KPI/outcomes reporting
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
