Job Summary
Our client is a fast-growing healthcare B2B marketplace seeking a Clinic Growth Operations professional to lead the end-to-end clinic partnership lifecycle. This role is responsible for building relationships with independent primary care clinics negotiating partnership agreements and driving clinic growth initiatives.
- Own the complete clinic partnership process from outreach through signed agreements.
- Build relationships with clinic owners and healthcare leaders.
- Drive awareness through conferences partnerships and outbound campaigns.
- Lead partnership and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with Operations Support and Enterprise Sales teams.
- Support onboarding and long-term clinic success.
- Travel approximately 1020% as needed.
- 26 years of professional experience.
- Experience in Business Development Partnerships or SDR within healthcare or health technology preferred.
- Consulting or strategy experience with healthcare exposure is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated passion for healthcare.
- Startup experience preferred.
- Strong relationship-building communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
