As Clinic Director youll remain an active clinician while leading your team developing the clinic culture strengthening community relationships and helping drive growth.

Youll have support from Spooners Sales team as you develop relationships with physicians sports medicine professionals and other referral sources.

Leading a Spooner clinic in Texas doesnt mean operating on an island.

Youll receive the same support development and resources as every Spooner Clinic Director. That starts with a comprehensive onboarding experience and continues with regular visits and support from Regional Directors.

Youll also have opportunities to visit Phoenix engage with Spooner leaders and therapists across the organization participate in company-wide education and initiatives and develop relationships with a larger clinical and leadership team.

You have the opportunity to make Spooner Rockwall your own while having an established organization behind you. You will build locally without having to build alone.

As Clinic Director youll remain an active clinician while leading the people culture and growth of the clinic.

• Mentor coach and develop Sports Medicine Physical Therapists and other clinic team members.

Were looking for a Sports Medicine Physical Therapist who is excited about both patient care and the opportunity to lead people.

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent accredited physical therapy education.
• Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy with a strong sports medicine focus.
• Experience working with athletes across a range of ages sports and ability levels.
• Strong clinical reasoning and a commitment to individualized patient care.

• A desire to mentor and develop other clinicians.
• Strong communication collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• An interest in community engagement and practice growth.
• The ability to lead by example and create an engaging patient experience.
