Clinic Director Physical Therapist

We are seeking an energetic business-minded Clinic Director to lead our high-performance outpatient facility. This is a unique opportunity to manage a dynamic open-concept clinic designed like a professional athletic training room. You will balance hands-on active patient care with operational leadership staff mentorship and local community engagement.

• Lead Operations: Oversee daily clinic performance budgeting and growth strategies.
• Mentor Talent: Manage and develop a collaborative team of physical therapists and support staff.
• Drive Active Care: Treat orthopedic and sports-related injuries in a vibrant open-concept environment.
• Build Community: Connect with local high schools run clubs and athletic organizations to grow the clinics footprint.

Qualifications :

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Washington State
• Management and marketing experience preferred
• Interest in sports rehab orthopedics and active populations
• Strong communication and time-management skills
