Clinic Director, Physical Therapist

• Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure compliance with regulations. 
• Maintain staffing equipment and resources for high-quality patient care. 
• Hire train and supervise clinic staff providing regular performance evaluations. 
• Participate in ongoing education for professional growth. 
• Analyze patient data to optimize staffing and program development. 
• Lead marketing efforts including physician visits and community engagement. 
• Ensure the highest standards of patient safety and ethical care. 
• Demonstrate strong leadership problem-solving and time management skills. 
• Requires a relevant degree and experience in clinic management. 

Qualifications :

• Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy Program 
• Current state of TN Physical Therapist licensure 
• CPR certification 
• Basic PC skills and knowledge including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system database software and MS Office 
• Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Able to multitask effectively 
• Self-Starter with the mindset to achieve growth 
• Outpatient orthopedic experience including exercise and manual-based skills and sports rehabilitation preferred
