Description

The Clinic Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth day to day operations of the Clinic. This individual will manage clinic flow coordinate volunteers support patient intake and serve as a key point of contact for patients providers and community partners.

We rely on compassionate volunteers and staff to deliver patient-centered services in a respectful and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily clinic operations including scheduling and patient flow
  • Recruit schedule and support volunteers (clinical and non-clinical)
  • Oversee patient intake registration and documentation processes
  • Ensure compliance with clinic policies confidentiality standards and safety procedures
  • Maintain Finance Records
  • Maintain clinics legal compliances with appropriate State and Federal regulators
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during clinic hours for staff volunteers and patients
  • Maintain clinic supplies and coordinate inventory needs
  • Assist with reporting data tracking and basic administrative tasks
  • Support outreach efforts and community engagement initiatives
  • Supervise clinics part-time community health worker

**Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Also Mayo Clinic DOES NOT participate in the F-1 STEM OPT extension program.



Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred)
  • Experience in healthcare nonprofit or volunteer coordination (3 years preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Ability to work independently without daily direct supervision
  • Basic computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office scheduling tools)
