About the Opportunity
Do you have a passion for travel and enjoy helping others plan unforgettable vacations We are seeking motivated customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Travel Sales Consultants.
In this role you will work directly with clients to plan and book cruises all-inclusive resorts hotels tours vacation packages and other travel experiences. Whether youre new to the travel industry or have previous experience in sales or customer service we provide training and ongoing support to help you develop your skills.
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences budget and vacation goals.
- Research and recommend destinations cruises resorts hotels and vacation packages.
- Prepare customized travel quotes and itineraries.
- Book travel arrangements through approved travel suppliers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service before during and after travel.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and returning clients.
- Stay informed about travel destinations supplier promotions and industry updates.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable using a computer email and online booking tools.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
- Passion for travel and helping others create memorable experiences.
