The Client Systems Engineer delivers high-quality engineering support and administration of enterprise endpoint environments across on-premises hybrid and cloud platforms. This role is focused on implementing and optimizing modern cloud client technologies including Intune Entra ID Azure Virtual Desktop and Cloud PCs.
The Engineer plays a key role in improving endpoint performance security and end-user experience through automation AI-enhanced tools and scalable cloud-based solutions. This position supports the full lifecycle of endpoint management including imaging configuration compliance patching and continuous optimization while partnering with Architecture Security vendors and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver advanced technical support resolve escalated incidents and participate in on-call rotation
- Develop and maintain technical documentation deployment guides and knowledge base articles
- Support enterprise client infrastructure including:
- Windows operating systems
- Enterprise hardware standards
- Application delivery and packaging
- Asset lifecycle management
- Multifunction devices and enterprise printing
- Administer and maintain:
- Active Directory and Group Policy
- MECM/SCCM
- BitLocker
- Microsoft 365 and modern endpoint platforms (Intune Entra ID Azure Virtual Desktop Cloud PCs)
- Deploy and integrate software using MECM and Intune
Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Two (2) years of customer service experience required.
Three (3) years of experience supporting enterprise software and hardware environments required.
Experience with endpoint management and device administration including Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) JAMF Mobile Device Management MECM/SCCM and Intune highly preferred.
Experience supporting enterprise client environments including Print management solutions such as PaperCut preferred.
This is a hybrid role requiring on-site presence at least one (1) day per week with additional in-person attendance as needed based on business and team requirements.
Must be able to travel to various Community Health Network locations as required to support infrastructure deployments and project needs.
Participation in an on-call rotation is required including occasional evening and weekend support.
