Were representing a dynamic software development firm that is expanding its client success team due to continued growth. This company is dedicated to simplifying the dissolution process for founders providing them with the support they need during challenging times. As an early member of the team youll play a crucial role in enhancing the client experience and ensuring operational excellence.

• Onboard new clients onto the platform guiding them through the end-to-end dissolution process.
• Handle critical activities such as filing IRS 966 creating asset transfer agreements and distributing capital to investors.
• Become a subject matter expert in corporate wind-downs providing seamless support to clients at any stage of the process.
• Own the customer experience throughout the dissolution ensuring high CSAT/NPS scores and quick response times.
• Continuously identify and propose improvements to enhance the client experience and operational workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product changes that position the company as a leading solution in the market.

• 26 years of experience in client success operations or a related field.
• Proficiency with Zendesk or similar customer support tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with a knack for building rapport and empathizing with clients during sensitive situations.

• Experience in corporate law or familiarity with dissolution processes.
• A proven track record of improving client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and make informed judgment calls.

The base salary for this role ranges from $90K to $135K commensurate with experience. The company offers a supportive work environment and opportunities for professional growth as they scale.
