Position Overview
We are seeking a Client Success Manager to own and grow a portfolio of client relationships.
This role exists to ensure clients remain satisfied retained profitable and positioned for long-term growth. You will serve as the primary client-facing owner of assigned accounts working closely with Operations Billing Sales and Leadership to ensure every account receives exceptional service and attention.
This is not a customer support role. This is a relationship ownership role.
The ideal candidate is highly personable commercially minded proactive and capable of building long-term trust with clients while protecting account profitability and identifying growth opportunities.
What Youll Own
Own client relationships across a portfolio of accounts
Drive client retention and long-term account health
Lead renewals pricing conversations and account reviews
Manage escalations and ensure issues are fully resolved
Identify account growth expansion and referral opportunities
Maintain visibility into account profitability and financial performance
Coordinate internally with Operations Billing Sales and Leadership
Ensure clients receive a proactive high-touch experience

Must-Haves
Proven experience managing client relationships accounts or customer portfolios
Strong business and commercial judgment
Ability to handle difficult conversations and escalations professionally
Highly organized with strong follow-through
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable discussing pricing contracts budgets and profitability
Preferred
Yiddish speaking
Experience in account management client success relationship management business development or commercial operations
Experience managing high-value client portfolios
