Our Velocity Consultants are the oil in the machine that allows our fast-paced company to continue to grow. Velocity Consultants must be resilient and tenacious as they are tasked with developing and enhancing relationships with clients to whom they communicate the value of our industry-leading artificial intelligence software.

This is an on-site role located in Dallas TX. Team collaboration and in-person engagement are key so the position requires a MondayFriday in-office schedule.

What youll do:

• Own the entire relationship with assigned clients including implementation training adoption and drive engagement and produce results for our clients
• Establish relationships as a trusted advisor and serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts while identifying areas of opportunity and highlighting best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with both internal and external senior managers to better understand customer needs maximize retention and growth.
• Become an industry expert advising clients on current trends and best practice objectives.
• Generate additional revenue opportunities for our sales team to continue to expand our client base.
• Occasionally visit our clients to help implement our solutions in their workflow.

Our ideal candidates:

• Hold a Bachelors degree
• Have a previous internship or relevant work experience managing customers or a portfolio of business
• Demonstrate leadership within their organizations and communities
• Excel in a team-oriented environment
• Exhibit flexibility and innovative thinking
• Show eagerness to develop and enhance strong communication and analytical skills
• Possess a competitive nature and drive to tackle new challenges
