Job Summary
JOB SUMMARY:
Provides technical support by evaluating customer needs and resolving hardware and software issues. Installs and maintains computing devices and related software ensuring operations and user accessibility.
Communicates with customers and team members to ensure updates and resolution of technical problems. Provides technical support for computing devices and software handling service requests and collaborating on major projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent (Required)
- Minimum 2 Years of Experience 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field (Required)
- Navigate rapidly changing situations from evolving patient needs to technological advancements by remaining flexible continuously learning embracing new challenges and quickly recovering from setbacks.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality tact and diplomacy.
- Addresses problems that are routine somewhat repetitive and generally solved by following clear directions and procedures and by identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Strong attention to detail and self-directed to consistently ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Uphold ethical principles by maintaining confidentiality ensuring informed consent and making decisions that prioritize the well-being of both patients and staff.
- Work seamlessly within diverse teams bringing together professionals from various disciplines to provide patient-centered care and achieve collective goals.
- Follows established protocols and guidelines to complete tasks accurately and to mitigate basic risks and reports any potential compliance issues to their supervisor.
- Makes decisions based on specific instructions standard practices and established procedures which generally require little or no supervision.
- Solves basic administrative and operational challenges within defined parameters and escalates as needed.
- Applies basic knowledge of concepts terminology and specialized administrative requirements to support area of responsibility in Information Technology.
- Performs work thoroughly in a cost-efficient manner and at a high productivity level.
- Proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office Package (Excel PowerPoint Word Outlook).

- Ensures the implementation of company policies in their daily tasks identifies potential risks in their scope of work and reports any breakdown in controls to the supervisor.
- Makes decisions that are guided by general instructions and practices requiring some interpretation.
- Solves basic to moderately complex administrative and operational challenges.
- Proficient knowledge; performs standardized assigned duties and tasks in Information Technology.
- Performs work thoroughly in a cost-efficient manner and at a high productivity level.
- Intermediate proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office Package (Excel PowerPoint Word Outlook).
Salary Range: Minimum 22.37/hour - Maximum 39.16/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
