Duties And Responsibilities
The Department of Advanced Technologies at Auburn University at Montgomery ( AUM ) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lean Six Sigma Black Belt to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and facilitating process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools. The candidate selected will: Lead and facilitate Lean Six Sigma projects to improve processes and reduce waste Use data and statistical analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and prioritize projects Train and mentor team members on Lean Six Sigma principles and tools Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements Communicate project progress and results to stakeholders Stay up-to-date on the latest Lean Six Sigma best practices and tools
Minimum Qualifications
A bachelors or masters degree in a related field such as engineering business or statistics Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma
