Job Summary:

OurClient Services Administratorwill provide program coordination along with performing administrative functions for our clientele. They interact withNeuropathHealthcare Solutionsclients by ensuring they receive the services they need and resolving any complaints.In addition the ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking to customers multitask efficiently be organized flexible and driven.


Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Interacts with clients via telephone or email to provide support and information on our services.
  • Collects and enters requests for new or additional services.
  • Case assignments & Service Scheduling
  • Fields client inquiries and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representatives knowledge forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
  • Performs client satisfaction calls.
  • Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve clients problems and concerns.
  • Maintains client accounts and records of client interactions with details of inquiries complaints or comments.
  • Attends in-service training as required by regulation.
  • Adheres to all agency administrative and clinical policies and procedures.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Salary starts at $18 per hour
  • At least a year of relevant experience
  • eClinical Works or similar EMR experience is required
  • Must have experience in an office setting
  • Onsite Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm
  • Must pass all state and federal background checks
    • A pre-employment post conditional job offer drug screen is required for this role
Skills/Abilities:
  • Medical scheduling experience is required
  • Healthcare or Behavioral Healthcare experience is required
  • Excellent communication skills including active listening
  • Ability to multitask
  • Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software
  • Bilingual in Spanish Portuguese or Creole preferred

Education:
  • Associates degree required; Bachelors degree preferred.
This is NOT an entry-level position relevant experience is required when applying.
