Job Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Client Service Specialist to deliver exceptional support and ensure a positive client this role you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients addressing inquiries resolving issues and maintaining strong relationships. This is a fully remote position ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for client satisfaction.
What Youll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries via email phone or chat
- Provide timely and accurate responses to client questions and concerns
- Manage client accounts and ensure all records and interactions are properly documented
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and improve service delivery
- Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement
- Assist with onboarding new clients and providing product/service guidance
- Track and report on client interactions feedback and service metrics
- Maintain strong long-term relationships with clients
What Were Looking For
- 25 years of experience in customer service client relations or account management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requests simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Professional empathetic and client-first mindset
