Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Client Service Specialist to deliver exceptional support and ensure a positive client this role you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients addressing inquiries resolving issues and maintaining strong relationships. This is a fully remote position ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for client satisfaction.

What Youll Do

  1. Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries via email phone or chat
  2. Provide timely and accurate responses to client questions and concerns
  3. Manage client accounts and ensure all records and interactions are properly documented
  4. Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and improve service delivery
  6. Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement
  7. Assist with onboarding new clients and providing product/service guidance
  8. Track and report on client interactions feedback and service metrics
  9. Maintain strong long-term relationships with clients

What Were Looking For

  1. 25 years of experience in customer service client relations or account management
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  4. Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requests simultaneously
  5. Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
  6. Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  7. Professional empathetic and client-first mindset

Nice to Have

  1. Experience in a remote or global customer support environment
  2. Familiarity with help desk tools (e.g. Zendesk Freshdesk)
  3. Experience with client onboarding and retention strategies
