Work Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Pay Range: $21.00-$26.00/hour

Hydrasearchis looking for a Client Service Specialist to join our team in Stevensville MD! The Client Service Specialist will provide customer service and inside sales support forHydrasearch customers. Responsibilities will include order entry generating quotations stock requests and responding to customer inquiries. Strong communication skills with internal and external customers is highly valued. A successful candidate will be highly organized will be detail oriented have a professional demeanor and have a positive this role you are more than just a point of contact; you are a solutions provider. You will manage the lifecycle of client interactions from initial inquiry and technical quoting to order fulfillment and post-delivery support. You will act as the bridge between our customers and our internal production and engineering teams to ensure every requirement is met with accuracy.

What Youll Do:

• Respond to customer requests for quotes (RFQs) and provide information on product availability and lead times.
• Enter and manage orders within our ERP system ensuring all technical and compliance specifications are documented.
• Partner with Production Engineering and Shipping departments to track order status and resolve potential delays.
• Address and resolve customer concerns regarding shipments billing or technical discrepancies with a professional proactive approach.
• Maintain meticulous customer records and documentation in accordance with our quality management standards.

What Were Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 23 years in a professional customer service or administrative role.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Outlook).
• Proven ability to manage high volumes of data and complex orders without sacrificing accuracy.
• Reliability to work on-site at our Stevensville MD facility.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working within a manufacturing aerospace maritime or distribution environment.
• Ability to read basic blueprints or understand technical product specifications.
• Prior experience using ERP systems (e.g. Global Shop Solutions SAP or Oracle) and CRM software.
• Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Communications or a related field.
