Location: 2078 E Beltline Ave NE Grand Rapids MI 49525
Schedule: Full-time position including a rotating Saturday schedule
What Youll Do:
This is not a passive front desk roleyou are a driver of the client experience and a key partner in hospital operations. Youll:
- Serve as the first impression and lasting connection for our clients
- Deliver a seamless high-quality experience from check-in to check-out
- Confidently manage phones scheduling and client communication
- Partner closely with hospital leadership to maintain flow and efficiency throughout the day
- Anticipate needs solve problems and keep the front end running smoothly
- Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and composure
- Represent the hospital with confidence empathy and a commitment to treating every pet like our own best friend
What Were Looking For:
- Strong customer service background required (veterinary experience preferred but not required for the right candidate)
- Someone who is confident proactive and thrives in a high-expectation role
- A natural communicator who can build trust quickly with a wide variety of clients
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- A problem-solver who takes ownership and follows through
- A dependable team player who is willing to step in and support wherever needed
